Stylized medieval village
A downloadable asset pack
This pack contains buildings and props models of a medieval fantasy village that can be used for game development. All models share only 3 materials with a color palette that allows you to create nice environments for topdown, arena or first person games. Both for scenes with good lighting or none at all, the models look pretty decent.
These models will be also included in the "Lowpoly stylized fantasy enviroment pack". Source files provided here FBX, Collada, Gltf.
This file can be use for any propose, commercial or not, just can't be resold.

Hello, I would like to discuss the licence to this in addition to all your other free assets.
I am a user of Mobius Grid, which is just one instance of the "Opensim" metaverse, and I would like to adapt your assets to use there to:
Build my own environments which may be used to sell other products.
Sell in-game items which other people may use to do the same.
Give people the right to screenshot environments that include the assets, including for commercial purposes.
